computerized production scheduling system



Our Production Manager ensures the job is completed to the Bradco standard of excellence, making sure that each job is completed on schedule.

Jobs are controlled through our computer on our production scheduling system.

Stock is controlled by a 'Just In Time' system in small batches to maintain the accuracy of the cut parts.

Bradco uses Hettich Hardware, world leaders in the development and manufacture of kitchen hardware products.

All hardware comes with a lifetime warranty against defective or faulty manufacture of the hinges, drawer slides, drawers and fittings.

Quality metal fittings. Highly moisture resistant board for doors and cupboards. Full metal drawers, designed to provide maximum storage and easy access.
All units are screwed together,
no staples or nails are used.

Laminates
- a huge range of colours

Backing

All backing is solid 16mm material. No thin masonites are ever used in a Bradco product.

Benchtops

Solid 33mm, high moisture resistant board.
Heat resistant contact glues are used to adhere the laminate. Joins are fully glued and bolted together.

Edges

Applied under pressure by an automatic banding machine. No iron-on or pre-glued tape is used.

Hinges

Fully concealed self-closing stainless steel hinges are clipped on, enabling easy removal without screws.
